Experience Suzanne Bailey serves as the Branch Manager of the Kansas City office and has over 13 years of environmental consulting and remediation experience throughout the mid-West, and mid-Atlantic regions. She has extensive experience conducting soil and groundwater investigations, and planning and implementing corrective action measures at environmentally impacted sites. Ms. Bailey has evaluated remediation by natural attenuation at several sites impacted with chlorinated solvents and petroleum hydrocarbons. She has successfully closed several environmentally impacted sites for Class I Railroad clients by conducting tiered evaluations under the voluntary investigation/remediation programs. Ms. Bailey has also conducted environmental site assessments for various coal companies, evaluating environmental liabilities at mining properties in Indiana, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Ms. Bailey's fields of competence include managing large multi-disciplinary projects, remedial investigations and feasibility studies, voluntary investigation/remediation programs, developing and implementing corrective action plans, evaluating remediation by natural attenuation at petroleum hydrocarbon and chlorinated solvent impacted sites, and regulatory negotiations. She is a participating member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of Way (AREMA) Committee 13 and an active member of the American Railway Development Association (ARDA).
