Experience Mr. Don Coleman is a Professional Geologist with over 22 years of experience in environmental consulting. Technical experience and representative projects include implementing and managing Pennsylvania Act 2 Land Recycling characterization/remedial investigations, landfill siting and closure hydrogeologic studies, solid waste management evaluations, UST closures/remediation (including PA 245), hazardous waste, RI/FS Superfund and DOD sites investigations, and Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments. Specific field experience includes drilling oversight, aquifer testing, rock coring/interpretation, and multimedia sampling. Considerable experience in client, subcontractor, regulatory management, preparing proposals, and developing Site Characterization and Remedial Act Work Plans, Field Sampling Plans, and Health/Safety Plans, and technical reports for a wide variety of private and governmental clients.
