Experience George Oberlick provides project management support and participates in domestic and international assignments involving due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. His responsibilities include preparation of technical reports to support coal reserve classifications and requirements of U.S. and Canadian securities agencies, operations and safety audits for coal mining companies, loss control surveys, support services related to coal sales agreements, and coal mine scoping and pre-feasibility evaluations.

Previously, Mr. Oberlick was President of The Tug River Group of Massey, which produced nearly 12 million tons of coal per year and employed 1,800 workers. He also held the title of President of Turris Coal Company in Elkhart, Illinois, and Marrowbone Development Company in Naugatuck, West Virginia. Mr. Oberlick also worked as an independent consultant for 11 years.

Mr. Oberlick has extensive international experience, having been on assignments in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, China, New Zealand, Chile, Mexico and Canada, and has toured mining operations in Australia, Japan, and Wales.
