Experience David Williams is a Registered Professional Geologist and managed multi-disciplinary environmental projects, such as conducting Phase I and II environmental site assessments, performing land use surveys, supervise clter resource surveying, conducting wetland determinations, delineations and permitting activities, and coordinating with regulatory agencies.

Prior to joining MM&A, he served as a project leader of teams that planned and developed the first and largest surface coal (lignite) mine in Louisiana, from exploration to permitting to production. Mr. Williamson was also project manager for two electric utilities company and successfully managed all aspects of a 30,000-acre surface coal mine to produce and deliver budgets
